Among the most famous dishes are definitely the Ferrazzuoli alla Nannarella.
It was actress Anna Magnani's favorite dish when she took refuge in Furore during her troubled love affair with director Roberto Rossellini in the mid-1940s. For this reason, the beloved restaurant "Bacco" has dedicated "Ferrazzuoli alla Nannarella" to her stage name. The pasta used is Gragnano pasta made "al ferretto," to which is added diced smoked swordfish and the pulp of naturally sun-dried "del piennolo" cherry tomatoes. Pine nuts, raisins, arugula, garlic, chili pepper and extra-virgin olive oil contribute to an extraordinary combination of flavors and fragrances in this first course.
