Chef Nino Cannavale and Hostaria di Bacco in Furore present Amore Furitano, tour, dinner and a dessert dedicated to the great Anna Magnani in Furore.

A Bacchic food and wine event is scheduled for May 15 in Furore, and an unusual cake will be prepared to remember the great Anna Magnani in Furore and her love with Roberto Rossellini.

Preparation

It is a Pistachio parfait, with red spotted milk, pinnate pear and Urbani truffle. The "solidarity" cake is a production of Chef Cannavale's Laboratorio Carditello, housed at the Coop Davar Onlus, which deals with disabilities, and marketed by Caseificio ABC Allevatori Bufalini Casertani di Vitulazio (Ce), project partners are Dulcis in Fundo, the chocolate syndrome and Chantecler Capri. 

The history of cinema

Furore and the Amalfi coast were exclusive sets for one of the two episodes of the 1948 film "Amore" a "fable" conceived by Fellini, then assistant director to Roberto Rossellini, who with Anna lived a stormy love affair in life as well.

The program

Amore Furitano, dedicated to Nannarella begins on May 15 at 4 p.m. with the gathering of participants at Poggio la Vela in Furore, with the screening of the video "Furore il Paese che non c'è." At 5 p.m. there will be a bus transfer to the Fjord of Furore, and then a visit to Villa della Storta, now a permanent museum of Anna Magnani having been Nannarella and Roberto's alcove on the Coast. At 8 p.m. at the Bacco restaurant the Buon ricordo Dinner with a menu created by Chef Nino Cannavale who will present the new dessert " Amore Furitano."

"Amore Furitano, dedicated to Nannarella" is organized by Chef Nino Cannavale and Hostaria di Bacco -Furore -Costa d'Amalfi, under the patronage of the Municipality of Furore, which will offer for the occasion the new cake dedicated to the famous actress, called precisely "Amore Furitano."

Hemp spritz with Furitani snacks, Heart of buffalo from Abc dairy with Urbani truffle, Tuna meatball on creamy potato and Sfusato Amalfitano lemon zeste, Furitan sea urchins with squid genovese, Pasta e ammore, Cod fillet in oil cooked on Beluga lentil guazzetto, Noble milk cheese "Furore" with durum wheat bread, honey and pear pennata jam. Amore furitano, hemp liqueur, cicadas from Furore, tozzetti all'elisir diVino, wines from Marisa Cuomo wineries. Classical music concert with traditional Neapolitan songs and sounds
