Idealeamico Award of theBuon Ricordo Dish Collectors Association will be awarded to a southern Italian restaurant for the first time and will be the Hostaria di Bacco a Wrath (SA). The Idealeamico Award sanctions each year the favorite Buon Ricordo restaurant of the large group of gourmets who passionately collect the ceramic plates symbolic of each restaurant, hand-painted by the artisans of Ceramiche Solimene of Vietri. L' Buon Ricordo Restaurant Union safeguards and enhances the many gastronomic traditions and cultures of our country, uniting under the umbrella of local cuisine restaurants and trattorias in country and city, from North to South. The Collectors' Association in 1992 instituted a card to be filled out by the Member when he or she attends personal lunches or convivial gatherings in the member establishments of the Unione Ristoranti del Buon Ricordo. The form is drawn up in such a way as to enable a general and complete judgment to be made on the restaurant visited, evaluating all its components: ambience, welcome, pleasantness and presentation of dishes, wines, service, etc. Once sent to the headquarters, the card is processed by a committee that, depending on the reports received and according to a special regulation, sends the findings to the Board of Directors, which is entrusted with the task of nominating the "Ideal-Friend" restaurant annually.
